You will need to update any literature that references insurance. To start the process of replacing these items, please use the request form below to highlight any existing material you feel requires updating.

Updated literature you may require
The practice marketing team will be working to supply you with new plan brochures. You DO NOT need to inform us of this requirement.
Until such time that you receive your new plan brochures, please continue to provide your patients with an ‘IMPORTANT INFORMATION’ flyer when handing out your old plan brochures.
If you use another agency to produce your plan brochures, we will be in touch with alternative ‘Scheme’ related wording to use.
